New guidelines issued
New guidelines have been issued, which enables us to see clients who require urgent wax removal. There are regulations that must be adhered to, which means that unfortunately it may not be possible to see everyone. We are unable to offer irrigation at present, only microsuction, so if you are someone who is not comfortable with microsuction then please continue to follow the previous advice we have outlined.
Please be aware you must have been using drops for a minimum of 3 days prior to treatment.
Online booking system
If you book via the online booking system we cannot guarantee that you will be seen on the time and date you have chosen, but we will do our best to accommodate you. We are only offering home visits at present, so please ignore the address sent in any confirmation emails.
Compulsary coronavirus questionnaire
You must fill out the questionnaire on the booking page or if it has been sent via email please return the form ASAP. All of this can be discussed prior to appointment.
Home visit fee
Due to increased outgoings for equipment etc, the cost of appointment will increase, however again this will be discussed with you before booking.
