Our New Whitstable Clinic

Hello everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend so far. First and foremost I would like to thank everyone for their continued support. I will never stop appreciating all the reviews and recommendations as it makes such a difference to our business.

As some of you may be aware, Kent Wax Removal is now under the umbrella of ‘The Chell Group Ltd’. This group was created as the business is growing and improving, meaning we can offer more hearing care to those in Kent.

Our brand new clinic opened it’s doors

My husband Adam (award-winning audiologist) and I are excited to announce the launch of a brand new clinic called, Whitstable Hearing, and it opened it’s doors for the first time on the 24th March 2023. Whitstable Hearing is the sister company of Kent Wax Removal and will offer hearing tests, hearing aids, ear wax removal and a variety of other services.

Founders of Whitstable Hearing with Mayor of Canterbury

Being directly on the sea front in Whitstable makes it the ideal destination for an appointment. Why not make a day of it and spend some time looking through the local shops and other amenities Whitstable has to offer? It is a town full of history and culture, with good food and a thriving independent market.

Only change for the better

There is nothing to fear though, I will still be keeping Kent Wax Removal going and the contact details, booking system and locations will stay the same. The main changes are that we will now take card payment instead of just cash and if you are unable to make an appointment in Faversham (or Rochester) we can offer you one in Whitstable instead. From May onwards, Amy will be in Whitstable every Wednesday for your wax removal. The service you receive will continue to be excellent in all areas and our clinicians combined knowledge means you will get the highest quality of care.

Deaf awareness week – FREE hearing test

For the first week of May, to celebrate ‘deaf awareness week’ you can grab yourself a free hearing assessment with Whitstable Hearing worth £75. Book now and quote ‘Deaf Awareness Week’.

Kind Regards,

Amy
