They say time flies when you’re having fun, but I cannot believe these past three years have gone by so quickly. I want to start by thanking everyone who has supported and recommended me. All of this has allowed Kent Wax Removal to grow and improve.
I never thought that I would reach 100 five star reviews on google, but it has happened and I am so grateful to everyone who has taken the time to review me. Your kind words mean so much and really gives me a boost and the confidence to know I am doing something right.
Kent Wax Removal & Whitstable Hearing
As many may know, opening a business, can be tough, especially over the last few years. Fortunately in February 2022 we had the opportunity to reach out to another community and open a clinic in Rochester. This has been very successful and again I am grateful for all the support.
In line with expansion, we are soon to be opening a central hub in Whitstable called ‘Whitstable Hearing’. This is the sister company to Kent Wax Removal and will be a shop open Monday to Friday. The focus at Whitstable Hearing will be on all things hearing related, such as hearing tests, wax removal and hearing aid management. There will also be paediatric services available. The shop will be managed by my business partner, lead audiologist and husband Adam Chell. If you are lucky you may catch me there for your wax removal needs, as well as at our usual clinics in Faversham and Rochester.

The clinic will be hosting a launch event on the 24th March. All are welcome to the launch so if you are curiously reading this and are free on that date, please feel free to join us.
