2023: A Christmas Message from The Chell’s

What a year it has been. Safe to say the most stressful and yet most rewarding year so far in the history of Kent Wax Removal.

From the opening of our hearing clinic, Whitstable Hearing, back in March, to the expansion into Lenham and the moving around Faversham– it has been a whirlwind.

The new year will see four years of Kent Wax Removal and in March we will be one year into our Whitstable journey. They say time flies when you’re having fun and it really has been so much fun being able to provide more to the people of Kent.

There are some other changes in the pipelines so watch this space. You may be seeing some new faces in some of our clinics and we may be expanding further to new locations. Otherwise everything will remain as is with Whitstable being open Monday to Friday for all your hearing care needs and wax removal can be found Tuesday through Thursday in Faversham, Lenham or Rochester.

We will continue to run our tinnitus support groups in Whitstable, as well as hearing tactics and lip reading classes. These are very popular and really benefit those who need them. If you would like anymore information about the classes then do not hesitate to contact us.

How lucky we are to have these opportunities and as always we could not be where we are without the continued support of our clients- those new and those regular. To the regular clients, thank you for always returning and for referring and recommending us. To the new clients, thank you for putting your trust in us and allowing us to demonstrate why we really are truly a cut above the rest.

So all that’s left to say is thank you all once again and we wish you the most joyful festive period and a very happy new year.
